1 c. of water-rich or soft vegetables (like cucumber, celery or avocado)
1 c. frozen or fresh fruit (like pineapple, apple, oranges, berries or banana)
1 large handful green leafy vegetables (like spinach, fennel, mint, kale or romaine)
Dash of vanilla extract and pinch of Himalayan pink salt (for amazing flavor)
Superfood of choice (¼ tsp. Spirulina, ½ tsp. Camu Camu or 1 tsp. Bee Pollen)
Optional: 1 Tbs. nut butter (for a creamier smoothie)
Blend all ingredients together on high until smooth. Add more water if needed. Enjoy!

Pro tip: Make sure that you are using a high speed blender (like a Vitamix) in order to get a smooth consistency, especially if you are using harder vegetables like celery, cucumber, apples, carrots, etc.
