Cheyanne shared some of her personal favorite health hacks:- Sunlight exposure, at least two hours per day, especially in the morning to reset the circadian rhythm and hormones.
- Executing common tasks like eating or brushing teeth with the opposite hand to create new neural pathways.
- Using the carnivore diet for ~ 6 weeks to reset the gut and immune system, then introducing therapeutic foods slowly.
